My name is Emma Shah and my journey into the realms of yoga, energy healing, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) began from a deeply personal place of loss and transformation. In 2021, I faced the unimaginable heartache of losing my beloved daughter. This profound grief led me on a path of searching for ways to heal my own heart and soul.

During this journey, I discovered the powerful tools of yoga, energy healing, and EFT. These practices not only provided solace and strength but also helped me navigate through the waves of grief and trauma. Through consistent practice and deep introspection, I found a renewed sense of purpose and a profound connection to my inner self.

With a heart full of compassion and a desire to support others, I now dedicate my life to helping individuals on their own paths to healing.
